CULTIVATION
Every hazelnut tells the story of our agricultural ways as growers: patience, obsessive care and at pace with nature.
We follow every phase of production with the utmost dedication and precision. The harvest, a delicate moment in production, takes place at the end of August, when the fruits are fully ripe. It is essential to intervene promptly, in several passes, to gather only the finest hazelnuts. Then come the drying, a simple yet essential ritual: the hazelnuts are laid in a single layer and left to dry slowly in the sun, thus preserving all their qualities intact. It is precisely from this care that our product derives is excellence.
